This means that a website is aligned according to SEO guidelines so that it is easily found in the search engine and, consequently, for example, increases sales in a company.
The SEO manager is responsible for initiating the appropriate steps to ensure that a page ranks well. They are responsible for analysis and strategic planning. We will examine their specific tasks in the following.

So far, there is no specific education or degree program for an SEO manager. Often, courses of study such as business informatics, business administration, or other studies or vocational training with a focus on marketing form the basis for a deeper entry into professional life.
A part-time further education like "Specialist in E-Commerce" is useful to gain comprehensive knowledge. Career entrants often enter the profession via an internship or trainee position.
What is very important in any case: The managerial profession requires continuous further education, because, as in the field of IT, the structures and tasks are subject to constant change, which is why one must always keep up to date with the latest developments in search engine optimization.

Large companies or corporations also hire SEO managers to ensure they are well found in search engines and increase sales.
