You work directly with the management and, together with the managing director, are responsible for the administration of our company.

Completed commercial training (e.g. office clerk, management assistant in office management or comparable)
Many years of experience in preparatory accounting
Experience in working with tax consultants
Structured and careful way of working

Your tasks at arboro.

You organize our office operations, support the management in administrative tasks, and ensure that accounting, administrative, and HR processes are prepared in a structured manner.

Since you are jointly responsible for administration together with management, you work independently and take on a central role in the organization of our company.

Organization and administration of office procedures
Preparatory accounting and document organization for the tax advisor
Communication and coordination with our tax office
Support with personnel matters and coordination with the payroll accounting department of the tax advisor
Support of management in administrative tasks
Friendly and professional handling of incoming telephone calls at our switchboard (e.g. from customers, prospective customers, or business partners)
Forwarding of phone calls to the responsible contacts in the company
Processing of incoming mail and business correspondence
Maintenance and organization of documents and filing systems
Ordering of care products, fruit and sweets (e.g. at a nearby Kaufland), as well as organizing beverage deliveries via a beverage delivery service
General administrative and organizational tasks

Our collaboration is digital and structured – in particular via Microsoft Teams for communication and coordination within the team.

The administration of our company is leanly organized and is jointly managed by the management and the commercial administration.

Hybrid working & home office.

We know that modern administration needs flexibility. Since we work almost exclusively digitally, 1–2 home office days per week are possible with us – after a successful onboarding period.

For the physical tasks, such as scanning receipts or emptying the mailbox, you are our central on-site contact in Schwaigern. But don’t worry: you won’t be sitting alone in the office. You are part of our hybrid team – many of your colleagues also work on-site in Schwaigern 2–3 days per week. This gives you the perfect combination of personal interaction within the team and the freedom to work in a focused way from home.
